Concept
- Presentation of design concepts and engagement with you to finetune a solution that will make a difference for you and your business.

- Next steps: design concept approval, followed by detailed specification and technical documentation.
Sales
- On finalisation of the design proposal, we’ll provide a set fixed cost for manufacture and installation.
- On placement of a purchase order, we’ll identify lead times for manufacture, installation and commissioning.
- Our promise to you: a competitive price and job completion timeframe.
Installation & Commissioning
- Co-ordination with you and/or building users to develop an installation and commissioning schedule to be completed within originally agreed timeframes.
- Site inductions and SSSP’s are completed.
- Training given if required.
Maintenance
- Ongoing maintenance ensures an efficient and cost-effective solution, saving you money both in the short and the long-term and future-proofing your system.
- Our in-house maintenance technicians visit on an agreed schedule to keep your equipment running perfectly and to change and wash filters and other consumables as necessary.
- Our IQP certified technicians can sign off building warrants of fitness for council compliance.
