    We’ve tried to cover off most of the information we think you’ll need to find out about us on this website, so have a good look around while you’re here.     Most of our work is either repeat business or word-of-mouth referrals, so read our Testimonials and talk to your friends and colleagues.

  • How much will I pay?

    We have an initial standard charge out fee of $105.00 + GST which includes local travel, basic consumables and the first 30 minutes on site with a qualified tradesman. Additional charges are $37.50 per each additional 30 minute time period, any materials required to complete the job, and any additional vehicle charges outside of Hamilton city. Our usual hours of work are from 7.30am – 4.30 pm, Monday – Friday.

  • What if I call you out after hours or in the weekend?

    We service commercial refrigeration 24/7 with an on call qualified tradesman available. Call the usual landline number 07 846 2602 and the phone will divert to the on call engineer.

    Weekend or after hours (post 5pm Mon-Fri, or all day Saturday and Sunday) has a charge out fee of $295.00 + GST which includes local travel, basic consumables and up to 120 minutes on site. Additional charges are $60.00 per each additional 30 minute time period, any materials required to complete the job, and any additional vehicle charges outside of Hamilton city.

    Public holiday charges will be discussed with you by the on call tradesman for agreement prior to attending a call out.
